BACOLOD City – A wanted person in Mandaue City, Cebu was arrested in Barangay San Pedro, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.
Ronnie Flores, 41, a resident of Barangay Cayhagan, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental, was charged with violation of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act), a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6 p.m. on May 30.
Judge Christine Abad of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 70 in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu ordered Flores’ arrest on Aug. 10, 2019.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Binalbagan police station.
A P80,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
