ILOILO City – Charged with estafa, a resident of Barangay Pantalan, Anilao, Iloilo had been arrested, a police report showed.

Police in Leganes town took the 45-year-old Gary Sazon Heso in custody.

Officers from the Leganes police station served Heso a warrant of arrest at around 12:45 p.m. on Feb. 12 in Barangay Guan in the town.

Presiding Judge Larnie Fleur B. Palma-Kim of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities issued the warrant on Dec. 19 last year.

The bail bond has been set at P6,000. It was not immediately clear as of this writing if the suspect has posted bail./PN
