BACOLOD City – Charged with arson, a man was apprehended in Barangay 35.
Police identified him as 35-year-old Crisan Belonio, a resident of the village.
Belonio’s arrest around 8 a.m. yesterday was carried out on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Ana Celeste-Bernad of the Regional Trial Court Branch 44.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 1.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
