BACOLOD City – A man accused of robbery was arrested in Barangay San Fernando, Talisay City, Negros Occidental around 11 a.m. on Oct. 19.
Rolando Arellano, 44, was a resident of the city’s Barangay Zone 5.
Complainant Ely Jimenez, 61, caught Arellano taking away game fowl medicines, feeds and 13 hens inside his farm, with a total value of P80,000.
According to the police, the suspect entered the farm by climbing the perimeter fence and destroyed the nipa hut.
He was detained at the Talisay City police station./PN
