ILOILO City – A 32-year-old man was arrested for alleged illegal discharge of firearm in Barangay Payas, Estancia, Iloilo.
Rejun Flores was detained at the Estancia police station on Nov. 30.
Policemen arrested Flores after scared neighbors sought their help.
Flores yielded a .45 pistol with four ammunitions.
Police said the suspect failed to produce documents showing his legal ownership of the gun.
Flores faces a charge for violating the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
