BACOLOD City – He lost control of his driven motorcycle in Barangay Lantad, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
The 33-year-old Richard Martino of Our Lady of Guadalupe Village, Silay City died of head and body injuries, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, Martino fell into a ditch after he was dragged by his motorcycle around 2:30 a.m. on March 20.
He was rushed to the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City where he was later declared dead./PN
