BACOLOD City – A 35-year-old resident of Barangay 8 is facing charges for threat and unjust vexation and violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Rollie Sembrano allegedly spit and shouted at Michelle Burgos, 28, of Barangay Sum-ag, “Pamatyon ta kamo (I will kill you),” around 5 p.m. on Sunday at the Bredco port, police said.

Burgos reported to Police Station 2, whose officers arrested Sembrano.

During a body search, the officers recovered from the suspect an improvised tooter with residue of suspected shabu.

Now detained in the police station’s custodial facility, Sembrano may be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, said Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias Jr., Police Station 2 head./PN
