BACOLOD City – After selling suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P5,500, a man was nabbed in Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Eight sachets of suspected illegal drugs valued at around P105,000 were recovered from 40-year-old resident Edison Navara Reyes Jr., a police report showed.
The suspect was nabbed around 12:15 p.m. on July 23, it added.
Navara was detained in the custodial facility of the Silay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
