BACOLOD City – A man was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay II Poblacion, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
The 56-year-old resident Rene Dezon Gonzales was arrested after he sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P200 around 11:20 a.m. on July 7, a police report showed.
Confiscated from his possession were three sachets of suspected illegal drugs valued at around P2,900, the report added.
Gonzales was detained in the custodial facility of the E.B. Magalona municipal police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
