ILOILO City – In Barangay Cabalinga, Altavas, Aklan a 21-year-old man was found dead on Saturday.
What was Jimuel Inostancio’s cause of death? Was he accidentally electrocuted?
The village resident who found Inostancio around 2:30 p.m., Lopito Policarpio, said there was a live wire near the body.
