ILOILO City – Policemen arrested a man threatening with a bolo the residents of his neighborhood in Barangay Rizal Pala-pala Zone II, City Proper.
Chysser Emar Franco was detained at Police Station 1 on Nov. 25.
Around 12:30 a.m., residents alerted the police about the bolo-wielding Franco.
The responding Senior Police Officer 1 Elmer Panes managed to pacify Franco. He confiscated the suspect’s 19-inch bolo./PN
