BACOLOD City – A man who was believed to have drowned was found floating dead in Tan-ao River in Barangay Lopez Jaena, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The man – who remains unidentified as of this writing – was found around 9:50 a.m. on Friday, a police report showed.
Police said the face of the man was no longer recognizable as he was already in the state of decomposition.
The officers added that the man have been dead for five days already.
The body was brought to a local mortuary./PN
