CAPIZ – A man was still recovering from multiple hack wounds after he was attacked by his younger brother in Sitio Tipulo, Barangay Indayagan, Maayon town in this province.
Police identified the victim as alias “Ricky,” 51, and a resident of the said village.
According to the Maayon Municipal Police Station, the victim and his brother-in-law, alias “Mario,” were having a drinking session on Wednesday evening, August 14, when the suspect identified as alias “Ricardo,” 31, arrived and confronted his elder brother.
Police added that a heated argument ensued between the two brothers which later prompted Ricardo to hack his elder brother using a bolo.
The victim was immediately brought to a hospital while the suspect remained at large as of this writing, police said./PN
