ILOILO City – A woman from Barangay Batiano, Mambusao, Capiz died after her brother hacked her on the head, a police report showed.
The suspect, 35-year-old Rodelio Lapso, was arrested and taken to the municipal police station.
Police said Lapso was suffering from mental illness.
It was around 8 p.m. on Sept. 2 when the bolo-wielding Lapso arrived in their house and attacked his sister Ma. Nita, 42, a police report showed./PN
