BACOLOD City – A man charged with three counts of rape was arrested in his house in Barangay Lopez Jaena, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Police served a warrant of arrest to 25-year-old Peter Ancero around 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 25.
Judge Maritess Gumahin of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 51denied bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Ancero was detained at the Sagay City police station./PN
