BACOLOD City – A court has denied bail for the temporary liberty of a man arrested in Purok Matawhay, Barangay Binicuil, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Alkien Lobrique, 39, was charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act, a police report showed.
The suspect was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2:35 p.m. on Aug. 17.
Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61 issued the warrant of arrest on Jan. 13, 2021.
