BACOLOD City – A shooting in Barangay Estefania left a motorcycle-riding man dead.
Danilo Sangcap Jr. of Barangay 7 Poblacion, Victorias City, Negros Occidental was identified through a voter’s identification card recovered in his possession, police said.
The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. on June 9.
According to the police, four gunmen were riding a sport utility vehicle.
