ILOILO City – A 43-year-old resident of Mandurriao district reported a man to the police for allegedly attacking him.
Wiljun Perania did it not once but three times, Rene Estandarte of Barangay PHHC Block 17 said.
Estandarte was bathing his fighting cock when Perania punched him on the left side of his face at around 11 a.m. on June 7, a police report showed.
At around 11:45 a.m., Perania went to his house and destroyed the perimeter fence, Estandarte told the police.
Lastly, Perania drove a motorcycle and tried to hit Estandarte while the latter was on his way to the barangay hall to report the former, stated the police report.
Estandarte told the police he managed to dodge while Perania sped away.
The complainant sustained injuries and was advised to seek medication and refer his case to the barangay lupon, police said. (Christine Lorraine Gallo, Intern/PN)
