BACOLOD City – A group of men forcibly entered a disputed compound in Barangay Villamonte.

Lawyer Cesar Beloria Jr. and Sevilla Cordova commanded eight unidentified men and 10 security guards to destroy the concrete perimeter fence of the compound around 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 2, a police report showed.

Compound owner Michael Gebusion asked from them a writ of execution but the men failed to present one.

Gebusion reported to Police Station 4 and filed a complaint against the men and the DSR and Investigation Agency, the guards’ employer.

Task Force Kasanag national commander John Chiong sought intervention from the Civil Security Group of the Philippine National Police national headquarters in Quezon City.

“The concern warrants an immediate action to avoid possible untoward incidents, including bloodshed,” Chiong said in a letter.

Panay News asked Beloria for comment but the latter said, “It’s a private case.”/PN
