BACOLOD City – Police arrested a drug suspect in a buy-bust operation yesterday in Barangay Miranda, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
The 41-year-old Raphy Casuya sold shabu to an undercover officer for P300 around 2:30 a.m., a police report showed.
Confiscated from Casuya were five more sachets of shabu and drug paraphernalia.
Casuya was detained at the Pontevedra police station lockup facility and faces charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
