ILOILO City – A 24-year-old man was stabbed during a riot between two groups on Friday night in Barangay Mandog, Maasin, Iloilo.
Micah Binuesa of Barangay Bacan, Cabatuan, Iloilo was confined at the Western Visayas Medical Center due to stab wounds on his left stomach and right hand.
Police report said the incident happened at around 11:30 p.m. when the group of Binuesa and the group of the suspect identified as Peter Alido had a heated argument.
Alido who is a drug surrenderee was arrested and detained in the lock-up cell of Maasin Police Station. /PN
