BACOLOD City – The lifeless body of a 7-year-old boy who has gone missing on Thursday was found.
The boy’s relatives and neighbors found the body around 4 p.m. on Friday.
He was stuck between two big stones in the same river a few kilometers away from where he fell.
The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office and the police conducted a rescue and retrieval operation to find the boy on Thursday, but failed.
The 7-year-old boy’s was swept away by the strong current when his 14-year-old brother lost grip of him. They were crossing a river to get santol fruits./PN
