ILOILO City – A female motorcycle driver sustained minor injuries after colliding with a taxi making a U-turn along Guzman Street in Barangay Hibao-an Sur, Mandurriao district at around 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7.
According to eyewitness accounts, the woman, identified by the alias “Mers,” was driving her motorcycle when she struck the taxi, which was being driven by the 62-year-old alias “Jose,” as it executed a U-turn along the road.
Responding emergency personnel immediately administered first aid to the victim for her minor injuries.
As of this writing, local traffic authorities were investigating the incident to determine liability./PN
