ILOILO City – The Regional Trial Court Branch 20 has ordered the arrest of a murder suspect from Capiz province.
Judge Judith Orendain-Tonogbanua issued a warrant of arrest against Rodney Sebanes of Barangay San Jose, Jamindan, Capiz.
The judge did not grant the 22-year-old suspect bail.
Officers served Sebanes the warrant in Barangay Candelaria, Tapaz, Capiz yesterday, a police report showed.
The suspect was taken to the Tapaz police station where he was detained after his arrest at around 5 a.m./PN
