BACOLOD City – Charged with murder, a man was arrested in Barangay Tiglawigan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
The 39-year-old resident Samuel Paubaya, who was listed as the No.3 most wanted person in Cadiz City police station.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Jan. 21, a police report showed.
The suspect was detained.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.
