BACOLOD City – A man who was accused of murder was arrested on Thursday in Villa Luisa Housing, Barangay Luna, Cadiz City.
The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group and Cadiz City police collared Michael “Maymay” Castillo, 22, a resident of the place.
The suspect tried to escape but failed, police disclosed.
Judge Raymond Joseph Javier of the Regional Trial Court, Branch-60 in Cadiz City issued the arrest warrant dated Dec. 10, 2015.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty.
Castillo was tagged in the killing of a certain Mr. Ecayan last year in Barangay Andres Bonifacio, Cadiz City./PN
