ILOILO City – Police in Passi City arrested a 41-year-old murder suspect in Barangay Santo Tomas.
Rolando Talipan was a resident of Barangay Pinaopaan, Igbaras, Iloilo.
Judge Nelson Bartolome of the Regional Trial Court Branch 67 issued the warrant of arrest that the officers served Talipan, a police report showed.
Bartolome recommended a P200,000 bail bond.
Talipan was taken to the Passi City police station after his arrest around 4 p.m. on Aug. 25./PN
