BACOLOD City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a drug suspect arrested in Barangay 6-A, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
He was 24-year-old resident Prince John Gigancia, a police report showed.
Gigancia was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:15 p.m. on Dec. 28, the report added.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court Branch 40 in Silay City, Negros Occidental dated Nov. 19, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Victorias City police station./PN
