BACOLOD CITY – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a drug suspect arrested in Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Tagged suspect was 40-year-old Ramil Linao, a police report showed.
Linao was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 7 p.m. on Dec. 4, the report added.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Ana Celeste Bernad of the Regional Trial Court Branch 69 in Silay City dated Nov. 25, 2019.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Silay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
