BACOLOD City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a qualified theft suspect arrested in Barangay 2, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The 41-year-old Jina Gohing was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:45 a.m. on Feb. 17, a police report showed.
The Kabankalan police served the warrant issued by Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan City dated July 27, 2017.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Kabankalan City police station./PN
