BACOLOD City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a couple arrested for illegal drugs.
Police nabbed the 47-year-old Josephine Paracuelles and 52-year-old Armando Paracuelles in Barangay Palampas, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
They were caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, a police report showed.
The suspects were detained in the San Carlos City police station lockup facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
