BACOLOD City – The Regional Trial Court, Branch 74 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental did not recommend a bail for the temporary liberty of the Top 8 most wanted person in the town of Pontevedra.
Armed with a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mila D. Yap-Camiso, elements of the Pontevedra municipal police station apprehended Jemmar Dumala, 30, of Barangay Cansalungon, Isabela, Negros Occidental about 6:13 a.m. on Aug. 30 for the charge of allegedly violating Republic Act 10883 or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016./PN
