BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu weighing about 15 grams valued at around P102,000 was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 5, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
The 48-year-old resident Nanerick Legada and 34-year-old Nilda Castro yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
Castro and Legada were nabbed after they sold suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P400 around 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 4, it added.
The suspects were detained in the lockup facility of the Victorias City police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against them./PN
