ILOILO City – A P240,000 bail bond has been set for a Jaro resident charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, a police report showed.
District police arrested Wilnie Arbane, 54, of Barangay Simon Ledesma, Jaro at around 10:40 p.m. on Saturday.
Abane was detained at the custodial facility of the Jaro police station.
He was charged with violation of sections 11 and 12 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said.
Presiding Judge Victorino O. Maniba Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 39 issued the warrant against the suspect and set the total bail at P240,000./PN
