BACOLOD City – Shabu worth P50,000 was seized from a drug suspect in Zone 6, Ylagan Extension, Barangay 6, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Superintendent Arturo Fullero, officer-in-charge of San Carlos City police station, identified the suspect as resident Molmorida Rosendo, 35.
Rosendo was arrested around 11 a.m. on Monday after selling a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P100, a police report showed.
The suspect yielded 12 more sachets of shabu and drug paraphernalia. His two motorcycles were seized, too.
Rosendo was detained and facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Drug Enforcement Units of the San Carlos City police station and the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office, and the Regional Intelligence Unit 18 staged the operation./PN
