ILOILO City – A father and his son were nabbed for allegedly hacking a farmer in Barangay Guisian, Tigbauan, Iloilo.
Irelito Altimo, 55, and son Jobany, 25, were residents of Barangay Dagami, Maasin, Iloilo.
According to the police, the Altimos had an argument with victim Jesus Tidula, 57, while having a drinking spree on May 2.
Tidula was recuperating at the Rep. Pedro Trono Memorial District Hospital in Guimbal, Iloilo.
The suspects, meanwhile, were detained in the lockup cell of the Tigbauan police station./PN
