ILOILO City – After 16 years of hiding from the police, a man charged with attempted parricide was finally arrested.
Gil Alagros, 53, returned to his house in Barangay Batina, Patnongon, Antique only to be arrested on Wednesday around 4:30 p.m.
The suspect’s arrest warrant was issued by Judge Deogracias del Rosario of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court.
In 2000, a relative accused Alagros of trying to kill him.
Alagros peacefully went with the arresting police officers to the police station of Patnongon./PN
