THE PHILIPPINE Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over mobility aids, medical devices and charitimba food packs to the National Commission of Senior Citizens-National Capital Region (NCSC-NCR) during a ceremony held on October 6, 2026, at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.

PCSO’s General Manager Melquiades A. Robles led the turnover of the assistance, which NCSC Commissioner Gloria Mercado formally received.

The donation is part of PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which provides support to various sectors and communities, including senior citizens who may need assistance with mobility, healthcare, and basic necessities.

Commissioner Mercado expressed her appreciation for the assistance, noting that the donated items will help support the needs of senior citizens in the NCR, and contribute to their health, well being and quality of life.

The turnover reflects the continuing partnership between the PCSO and government institutions in extending assistance to communities and sectors in need. Through its CSR Program, the PCSO remains committed to extending meaningful support as part of its mandate to serve the Filipino people.
