ILOILO City – A 24-year-old resident of Barangay Bolilao, Mandurrio district faces physical injury charge.
Gervy Rafil was accused of hitting his relative Rolando Rafil with a stone, a police report showed.
According to police investigation, Gervy and Rolando were having a drinking spree when a heated argument ensued between them. This prompted Gervy to attack Rolando around 10:20 p.m. on Tuesday. Rolando sustained bruises on the body, police said. But it was not immediately established what triggered the altercation.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Mandurriao police station.
