ILOILO City – The Regional Trial Court, Branch 4 ordered the arrest of three relatives charged with homicide in Barangay Julita, Libacao, Aklan.
Around 5:50 p.m. on Dec. 13, the following were detained at the Libacao police station:
* Iluminado Escalona
* Tito Escalona and
* Diosdado Escalona.
It was unclear as of this writing if the three suspects were able to post bail for their temporary liberty.
The court set the bail bond at P40,000 for each of the suspects./PN
