BACOLOD City – Police arrested a resident of Barangay Handumanan in a mall for causing alarm and scandal.
The 34-year-old Reynaldo Espillo was apprehended wielding a 12-inch bladed weapon in the Barangay 9 establishment.
Espillo was detained in Police Station 2’s custodial facility on Sunday.
Police Officer 1 Erhex Branyl Tan and Police Officer 2 Alberto Estacion III caught Espillo. They were patrolling the mall as part of Oplan Bakbak, or Bacolod Kontra Krimen./PN
