ILOILO City – A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Magsaysay, City Proper.
Rufino Diesto, 49, of Barangay Boulevard, Molo district was taken to Police Station 1.
He was nabbed after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer around 2:25 p.m. on Nov. 17, a police report showed.
Police seized a P600 marked money from Diesto’s possession.
Diesto was detained. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
