BACOLOD City – He allegedly sold illegal drugs.
The 36-year-old Arnold Arante was nabbed in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Poblacion 1, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
Arante – resident of Barangay Tabingue, E.B. Magalona – was nabbed after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P500 around 10 a.m. on Jan. 31, police said.
When frisked, two more sachets of illegal drugs were recovered from Arante.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the municipal police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him.
