BACOLOD City – For allegedly hacking a quack doctor, a man was arrested in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental.
He was the 30-year-old Randy Fabillar of Barangay Villasol, Bayawan City, a police report showed.
Fabillar attacked the 57-year-old Shirley Rellen around 8:40 a.m. on Saturday, the report further stated.
Fabillar accused Rellen of bewitching him, police said.
A team led by Police Officer 3 Dindo Pamilaga together with some personnel of the City Health Office responded to the crime scene finding Rellen dead.
Pamilaga was detained at the Bayawan City police station lockup facility./PN
