ILOILO City – A man charged with qualified theft was arrested in Barangay Concepcion here yesterday.
Sandy Alameda, 27, was a resident of Barangay Mabini, Buenavista, Guimaras.
He was caught around 10:39 a.m. and brought to Police Station 1.
The court set a P24,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
