BACOLOD City – Charged with two counts of rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Lantad, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Edgar Arroyo, 50, was caught around 11 a.m. on Feb. 10, police said.
Judge Leonardo Facultad Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 69 ordered Arroyo’s arrest.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Silay City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
