ILOILO City – In Barangay Buluangan, Guimbal, Iloilo a 56-year-old man charged with rape was arrested.
From his house, Teofilo Parto was taken to the Guimbal police station around 1 p.m. yesterday.
Judge Nelson Bartolome of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 67 issued the arrest warrant.
Parto was not allowed to post bail. The crime he was charged with was non-bailable./PN
