BACOLOD City – A resident charged with violation of Republic Act 11199 (Social Security System Act) was arrested in Barangay Maricalum, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
The court recommended a P60,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of 50-year-old Ruby Baylon, it added.
She was taken to the Sipalay City police station around 9 a.m. on Nov. 10./PN
