ILOILO City – Charged with two counts of rape, a 35-year-old man has been arrested, a police report showed.
Detained at the custodial facility of the police station in Kalibo, Aklan was Barangay Andagaw resident Jomar Gregorio.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at around 2:15 p.m. on Jan. 12 at a public market in Barangay Andagaw.
Judge Bienvenido Barrios of the Regional Trial Court Branch 3 issued the warrant. He did not grant the suspect a bail bond./PN
