ILOILO City – A 34-year-old rape suspect was arrested in his house in Sitio Baybay, Barangay Malic, Pontevedra, Capiz.
Pontevedra police officers served Nestor Bahil a warrant of arrest around 6:40 p.m. on Thursday.
Judge Esperanza Isabel Pocodesolate of the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 (Roxas City) issued the warrant on Feb. 16.
The court recommended no bail./PN
